Ox Tales: give a little, read a lot

Oxfam has teamed up with Profile Books to come up with an excellent series of 4 books of short stories by some of the best contemporary writers around...and the really good news is that of the mere fiver each volume costs, 50p goes directly to the charity....and there is a truly stellar line-up of talent among the authors.

Beautifully designed and somewhat arbitrarily named Earth, Fire, Water and Air, each book begins with a peom by Vikram Seth and ends with an anonymously written touching little tale of true life.
